- All the Box Office staff members are volunteers;
how close we are to an opening determines the staffing
taking messages and returning calls. Tips:
- Best time to call: between 2 hours to 45 minutes before a performance.
- Another good time: 10 min.after a performance starts.
- Between shows, typically someone takes the messages off the phone
around noon or the late afternoon, depending on their schedule.
- Be patient; we are all volunteers.
Refunds
Except for group sales, there are no refunds.

Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a performance must be cancelled due to inclement weather,
loss of power, or other reason, the Players will announce the cancellation as follows:
- On our voice mail at (757) 229-0431.
- On our website: www.WilliamsburgPlayers.org
- An email message will be sent to all customers having tickets for the cancelled performance.
- The box office will attempt to call customers for the performance who do not have an email address on file.
Privacy Policy
Neither the Williamsburg Players nor its online ticketing partner
will share any of the information collected online with any other
organization or individual without your permission.
Specifically, we do not:
- Divulge customer information such as names, addresses,
phone numbers, or email addresses. The single exception to this
is that season subscriber names (above the Sustainer level)
are listed in each show's playbill.

Our online partner uses 128-bit encryption
(the same level of encryption used by banks and credit card companies)
for all the Players data transmitted or stored online. Our online
partner assures us that credit card information is not stored
online.
