Acting Class
Williamsburg Players Master Class Educational/Acting Workshop : Becoming a Chameleon: Fearless Character Development

Tuesday September 19, 2017 from 7-10 pm at 200 Hubbard Lane, Williamsburg, VA 23185

Instructor: Michael Empson

This class will explore tools you can use to break your patterns and create dynamic, exciting, and, dare I say, dangerous characters. There are two types of actors: Personality Actors (George Clooney, Reese Witherspoon) who you want to see because they are charming, and Chameleons (Gary Oldman, Meryl Streep) who seem to transform themselves from role to role. You won't leave the class as an A-List star, but you'll have some tools that you can immediately apply to the next role you tackle to take your work to new and exciting places. Come join us on an intense artistic exploration in a safe and supportive environment.

This class is for adult actors, age 16+
Class size is limited to 20 students on a first come first served basis.
Cost: $20.00 per participant
