• Calendar.doc: A Word file set up as a calendar, starting 11 weeks out from the opening. Some real dates can replace phrases such as 11 weeks out.
• budget.xls: An Excel spreadsheet for managing the budget. Top sheet is an overview of the budget categories: set, costumes, etc. The Production Manager should divide the budget into the categories. As bills come in to be paid, the purchase information should be entered into the appropriate worksheet. All the totals will automatically adjust.
• CueSheet.pdf: A cue sheet for recording cues.
• CueSheet.xls: An Excel spreadsheet which can be modified to customize your cue sheet.
• show-support.zip: A zip file which expands to a folder named show-support, which contains the above files.
