Auditions

Purpose

The policy sets the minimum expectation for communicating with those who audition for our shows.

Policies

All auditioners will be notified of the results of their audition whether they were cast or not. The Production Manager and/or their designee are responsible to see that a cast list is posted on the web as soon as possible following auditions. The Director and/or their designee should call, text, or email auditioners within a reasonable, promised amount of time. In cases where additional time is needed to reach final casting decisions, auditioners should be called and informed of the delay. The Director and/or their designee should also provide a new time frame for resolution.
