What: You will be asked to do cold readings from the script with a British dialect/accent and you must be able to sing. However, initial auditions will not include a vocal audition.

ABOUT THE SHOW: A Christmas Carol is the classic Charles Dickens Christmas ghost story of the miser, Ebenezer Scrooge, who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, and the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future leading to his subsequent redemption. This unique adaptation is completely true to the dickens story in content and language and is presented by six players who assume all the roles in the story. This heart-warming story will have the theatre goers leaving the theatre full of the Christmas Spirit and ready for their own Christmas celebrations.

PERFORMANCES: December 7, 8, 9 and 14, 15, 16 with two performances on Saturdays.

REHEARSALS: Rehearsals will be scheduled during the fall, based on the availability of the players, generally at an off-site location until November 27th when the rehearsals will be on the main stage each night until opening.

Actor #5 (30s-50s): Gentlewoman #2, Christmas Past, Mrs. Cratchit, Charwoman

All players must be able to sing - No solos.

All players must have a British accent.
